Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. joins DPWH District Engineer Arnold Ocampo in inspecting the structural integrity of buildings and facilities at Sta. Ines Integrated School, Mabalacat City on October 15, 2025.
Following the request of Cong Pogi, all schools in the First District will be inspected by the DPWH for structural integrity.
Joining Lazatin are Sta. Ines Punong Barangay Noel Sicat, Political Affairs Assistant I Michael Lising, and staff of DPWH.
