Biotop Philippines Agriculture Co., owned and operated by Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., and Univet Nutrition and Animal Healthcare Company (UNAHCO) has donated 5,000 sacks for sandbagging in flood-prone barangays in the First District of Pampanga.
Staff from Lazatin’s office, led by Mike Lising, began distributing the sacks today, August 30, 2026, in Barangays Sto. Domingo, Sapangbato, and Cutcut in Angeles City.
Also present is Barangay Juanito Dayrit of Cutcut.
Since Friday, August 28, 2026, Lazatin and his staff have been doing rounds in affected barangays in the First District of Pampanga to check on evacuation centers and deliver food and relief packs from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
