City of San Fernando Mayor Edwin “EdSa” D. Santiago with City Councilors Angie Hizon and BJ Lagman engage in a boodle fight on Tuesday at the City Hall, Poblacion. This is a united effort to ensure that chicken products in the city are safe to eat. Joining them were the regional officials of the Department of Agriculture Region 3, city hall department heads and employees.
