Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago on Saturday discussed to the residents of Villa Julita, in Brgy. Saguin, the ongoing and proposed projects in the city as part of the Talakayan sa Villa, a community-based program of the local government of San Fernando.
The city mayor also shared the city’s initiatives towards the realization of a ‘New San Fernando’ that entails being smart, livable, green and sustainable.
Meanwhile, the City Environment and Natural Resources Office headed by Engr. Anele David, also the OIC City Engineer, took part in orienting the residents about the city’s programs in accordance with the solid waste management act and plastic-free ordinance.
To cap off the activity, Mayor EdSa together with David, turned over a tri-bike and a grass cutter to the residents who were represented by Brgy. Captain Cristina Lagman and Villa Julita Homeowner’s Association Board of Director Engr. Efren Pacson.
Also present during the Talakayan sa Villa was acting Vice Mayor and Councilor BJ Lagman.
