Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado and Vice Governor Daniel R. Fernando proudly receive the Certificate of Recognition and check amounting to P100,000 awarded to the Province of Bulacan by the National Nutrition Council (NNC) yesterday at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City for successfully maintaining the Consistent Regional Outstanding Winner in Nutrition (CROWN) Award for the first year (2016) through the efficient and effective implementation and management of its Provincial Nutrition Program which resulted to the improvement of the nutrition situation in the province especially among its young children.
