CAPAS, Tarlac — A P50 million Multi-Purpose Plaza will soon rise in Barangay Sto. Rosario here.
Mayor Reynaldo Catacutan said the project is a response to the need of the community for a place to conduct activities.
“Even basic services will be taken to the plaza so that people can continue to avail and experience some services,” Catacutan added.
The project covers a total area of 43,092 square meters and shall feature covered courts, sports facilities, a playground, a picnic ground, a multi-purpose hall, public restrooms, fire and police sub-stations, a barangay hall, a rural health unit, a senior citizens office, and a day care center.
It is expected to be completed by 2019. (CLJD/CJVF-PIA 3)Cherie Joyce V. Flores
