Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago formally welcomed the first batch of beneficiaries under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) during the flag raising ceremony this morning.
The said batch, composed of 250 students, will end their work period on May 8.
Also present during the introduction of SPES beneficiaries were Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, Councilor Nelson Lingat and OIC-City Administrator Engr. Michael Quizon.
