CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The National Real Estate Association (NREA), in partnership with Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) is set to hold its 23rd NREA-HUDCC National Convention and Trade Exhibits at Kingsborough International Convention Center here on May 10 and 11, this year.
With a theme, “Building sustainable, resilient, and inclusive communities for better lives,” the convention is said to feature the Megalopolis Plan of Pampanga as the blueprint of future development not only in Central Luzon but in the whole Philippines and how the real estate business is keen to abide with the said master plan.
In a press conference, NREA-Pampanga Chapter President Joliber Mapiles said that this is a great opportunity to show the realtors, brokers, and sellers how the province is being seen as the “melting pot of real estate development” and how it is conducive as a counter magnet to Metro Manila.
Mapiles also thanked his counterparts from the NREA national for supporting the convention.
He added that the local government units of Pampanga have expressed optimism and willingness to join the convention as they are looking for a meaningful partnership with NREA.
Marissa Del Mar, NREA chairlady stressed that the real estate business in the Philippines is in its sunshine season for 19 consecutive years and this year is its peak of success.
She then invited everyone to get involved in real estate business making an example of how it changed her life.
“We can assure you, be with us and we will change your lives,” she said.
Some of the notable guests and speakers in the convention are Pampanga Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda, former president now Second District Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, HUDCC Secretary-General Atty. Falconi Millar, Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, urban planner Arch. Felino Palafox, Jr, and many others.
