Balanga business groups distribute school supplies to 100 children

BALANGA CITY – One hundred children were given bags and school supplies by the Balanga City Lions Club and ABG Enterprises last May 12 in what they call “Unang Hakbang Para sa Karunungan ng Kabataan Project.”

Reynaldo Gonzales of ABG Enterprises said the distribution of school supplies were made possible thru the help of their friends and business colleagues including the De Guzman Group of Companies that owns Jollibee branches here in Bataan, and Antipolo Buenviaje Lions Club.

“Bahagi rin ito ng pagdiriwang ng kaarawan ng aking maybahay na si Mercy Gonzales bilang regalo nya sa mga batang nabigyan ng school supplies,” Gonzales told newsmen.

Mercy Gonzales is the past president of Balanga City Lions Club and the loving wife of Reynaldo Gonzales of ABG Enterprises.

ABG Enterprises line of business includes car rentals, driving institute, and as accredited supplier of CCTV cameras and security systems and fire extinguishers.

The said project is now on its 8th year.
