Over 7,000 supporters of the Hugpong ng Pagbabagi (HNP) flocked at the Meycauayan College Annex Auditorium as the political party took their campaign caravan in the jewelry capital of Bulacan, the City of Meycauayan on Monday morning.
The HNP senatorial bets had their campaign sortie in Pandayan-Malhacan in this city.
The HNP rally was hosted by Meycauayan Mayor Henry Villarica and his wife House of Representatives Deputy Speaker Cong. Linabelle Villarica of 4th District of Bulacan.
Mayor Sara Duterte introduced the senatorial bets led by Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go; Re-electionists Cynthia Villar, JV Ejercito, Sonny Angara, Jinggoy Estrada, Pia Cayetano with Francis Tolentino; Imee Marcos; Bong Revilla; Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, Jiggy Manicad.
It was learned the said campaign caravan is one of the 100 campaign sorties scheduled by the HNP Party nationwide wherein the first kick-off rally was made in Angeles City two weeks ago.
The thousands of crowds came from various villages province wide where some of the Bulacan mayors and other local officials have also joined the campaign rally led by Malolos Mayor Christian Natividad who is also PDP-Laban and HNP bet for gubernatorial race in Bulacan. –ELOISA SILVERIO
