IOrbitNews editor-in-chief Arnel San Pedro is attending a 2-week media seminar in Beijing, China.
The media exchange gathered 30 Filipino journalists at the Research and Training Institute of the National Radio and Television Administration, PRC.
The 2019 seminar involves information officers and journalists from the Philippines. San Pedro, former desk editor of Philippine News in San Francisco, Ca and Saudi Gazette, is the only Kapampangan who joined the delegation to China.
