OLONGAPO CITY – The PNP’s No. 1 most wanted criminal in this highly-urbanized city and also the 10th most wanted in Central Luzon (Region 3), was arrested in Leyte last July 12 by combined units of Regional Intelligence Unit 3, RIU8, Olongapo City Police Office, and the Babatngon Municipal Police Station.
According to the police report, Richard Bryan Soriano was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for three counts of rape, child abuse, illegal possession of firearms, etc.
The suspect formerly resides in Block 22, Waterdam Road, Barangay Gordon Heights here before fleeing to Angeles City, then to Samar before he was arrested.
Soriano is the prime suspect for molesting his nine-year-old stepdaughter. Soriano was brought to the Olongapo City Police Office for documentation and processing.
