CLARK FREEPORT — Four persons have died after they were trapped inside a car that caught fire in front of Omni Aviation situated along M.A. Roxas Avenue here Tuesday dawn.
The fatalities remained unidentified as traffic investigators said the car occupants were burned beyond recognition. No identification cards was retrieved by authorities from the scene.
The car, a white Hyundai (Accent) with conduction sticker KOF825, was cruising at a high speed from west to east when the driver lost control of the vehicle which plunged into a road canal.
The vehicle burst into flame due to strong impact that rapidly spread in the entire car, said Police Lt. Colonel Jerry Corpuz, chief Mabalacat City police.
