THE advanced screening of Frozen 2 has taken kids and adults alike into the magical unknown, holding on to the vibe of Frozen 1 – and cannot seem to ‘let it go’.
The sisterly love of Elsa (Idina Menzel), and Anna (Kristen Bell), has reached greater heights, proving that nothing is more important than to disclose the truth – regardless of how long it has been, after all the damage has been done.
The plot thickened when a female mysterious voice, sung by Norwegian singer Aurora, shook Elsa. She was determined to seek all the answers from the past, with Anna by her side throughout, Anna’s boyfriend Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), the consistently annoying snowman, Olaf (Josh Gad) and reindeer Sven.
The voice urged them to travel to the enchanted forest where stone giants, an indigenous tribe, and magic reside.
From then on, it was indeed a magical ride. Frozen 2 is indeed a jaw-dropper.
No dull moment as Directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck made sure that every scene amazes the fans. It was as real as it can get.
An unforgettable line from Olaf: “advancing technology will be our savior and doom.”
The dedication of Elsa and Anna to their home and kingdom Arandelle and their people showed their being true rulers. Their hearts know nothing but love and truth.
And the showstopper “Into the Unknown”? No one could have sung it better than Menzel.
Frozen 2 is now showing in SM Cinemas.
