AC continues saturation drive in business district

ANGELES CITY – The Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr., will continue its inter-office saturation drive in all business establishments here.

In fact, there are some businesses in Fields Avenue which were ordered closed on November 29, due to the lack of health cards and unupdated probook.

According to the reports of Business Permit and Licensing Division (BPLD), the four bars given closure orders were identified as The Owl’s Nest, Red Empire, Western Fields Music Lounge, and Baccara.

Furthermore, the three bars, namely Red Empire, Baccara, and Western Fields Music Lounge already complied with the necessary requirements.
Meanwhile, 44 freelancers and massage therapists were referred to the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), and Social Hygiene Division.

The administration of Mayor Lazatin requires all bars, restaurant and spa workers to secure their health and work IDs.

Also assisting during the inter-office saturation drive are personnel from Angeles City Tourism Auxiliary, Angeles City Barangay Outreach, Angeles City Disaster Response and Command Center, and Angeles City Police Office.
