Bicol infrastructure giant Verzontal Infrastructure Corporation (VIC) and Filtrum Construction of Canada sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen its partnership in water infrastructure to develop water source and wastewater construction business, which will serve the Philippines. Present during the MoU signing were VIC’s CEO Bede Gomez and Filtrum President François Noël.
“As we continue our business venture to the water and wastewater industry, we recognize the opportunity to expand and improve our services by leveraging on international partners and sharing insights that could potentially change the wastewater system in the country,” Verzontal Infrastructure Corporation Chairman Dennis Macandog said.
Filtrum of Canada, a water and wastewater specialist, is backed with 40 years of experience making them a trusted partner to lead on cost-effective solutions for industrial and municipal developments worldwide.
VIC and Filtrum will work on several projects in the country including the development, engineering, procurement and construction and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure and related utilities.
This project development will pave the way for more opportunities to develop communities and ensure Filipinos access to safe and sustainable water resources and sanitation facilities.
