The joint team of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Department of Health (DOH) prepare the 30 Filipinos from Wuhan during the dawn pre-flight boarding aboard the Royal Air flight that took home the China-based Filipinos. They arrived safely at the Clark International Airport past 6am on Sunday and disembarked at the Philippine Air Force’s Haribon Hangar.
