LIMAY, Bataan – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Barangay Reformista, Limay, Bataan, Monday morning.
Limay Police chief, Major Emil Dela Cruz, identified the suspects as Rogelio Santos, 52, a resident of Duale, Limay, and Godofredo Marzan, 66, resident of Reformista, Limay, Bataan. Both were listed on a local drug watch list.
Confiscated in their possession and control were 15 plastic sachets containing suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) and P1,000 bill used as marked money.
Violations of Sections 5 and 11 Art. II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against them at the Bataan Provincial Prosecutors Office.
Meanwhile in Hermosa town, for the fourth time, a well-known drug pusher named Orland Mojica, was arrested again Monday night in Barangay Mambog by combined forces of provincial drug enforcement unit, SWAT team and Hermosa PNP led by Police Major Jeffrey Onde.
Two medium-sized plastic sachets containing shabu and P1,000 bill was confiscated from his possession amd control. He was also charged with violation of R.A. 9165.
