PBGen Ronaldo F. De Jesus, Regional Director of Police Regional Office (PRO 8), was ranked No. 1 in the Individual Commanders Evaluation Rating (ICER) for the period of November 1-30, 2020, with a total percentage score of 93.73.
Report issued by The Directorate for Plans (TDPL), National Headquarters, PNP, shows that De Jesus reached the top spot among the 17 Regional Directors of various PROs.
The ICER is an accumulative ranking taken from the following parameters: Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER), or the operational and administrative accomplishment of the PRO; Directorial Staff Rating which serves as the aptitude rating given to the Unit Commander by the PNP Directorial Staff; and the Focus Directives which is measured by the compliance rating of the unit to the focus directives of the PNP.
The top cop of Eastern Visayas credited the said success to the untiring commitment of all personnel in service excellence and good governance.
“It is with honor to be acknowledged for our meritorious performance.
