New Police Station rises in Abucay

Central Luzon Police Director, Police Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon, Bataan Governor Abet Garcia and Engr. Estoy Vergara (representing Abucay Mayor Liberato Pambato Santiago Jr.) led today the groundbreaking and laying of time capsule for the new Abucay Municipal Police Station in Brgy. Salian, Abucay, Bataan. 

The said project costs P56,168,789 and is expected to be completed in a year. 

Bataan Police Director, Police Col. Joel Tampis, said this is the 3rd police station in Bataan owned by PNP. The first was in Bagac then the Orion MPS. 

“Nagpapasalamat po tayo sa ating Punong Lalawigan, Governor Abet Garcia sa lahat ng suporta niya sa ating bayan at lahat ng mga proyekto at programa para sa ikauunlad pa ng ating lalawigan”, Engr. Vergara said. 

The construction of the new police station was made possible thru the help of the provincial government of Bataan and DPWH Bataan.

“I admire this donation to the PNP. Aside from the police station and office area, you also have your barracks area,” BGen. De Leon said.
