Camp Olivas — Two wanted felons were arrested on Wednesday in separate manhunt operations by the Mabalacat City police.
Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said members of the Mabalacat police and the 302nd MC 3rd Platoon have conducted an operation in Bgy. San Francisco, which resulted in the arrest of construction worker Jay-ar Mandap, 32, of Blk 7 Lot 7 Marcos St., Purok 9, Dauville, Bgy. Duquit.
Mandap has a standing warrant of arrest for two counts of sexual assault issued by the Angeles City RTC Branch 61 Judge April Joy Magsayo-Aguila.
Meanwhile, Richard Tiamzon, 24, vendor and resident of Phase 1 5th St., Bunkhouse Madapdap Resettlement, Bgy. Dapdap, was nabbed for violation of Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act.
