Camp Olivas — A man listed as one of the most wanted car thieves in Central Luzon was arrested on Friday in Bataan
Pampanga provincial police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said his men and members of Bataan police arrested William Carnes, 37, of Barangay San Jose, Floridablanca, Pampanga and presently admitted in Rebirth Philippines Therapeutic Community Foundation Inc. at #71 Wakas South, Pilar, Bataan.
Carnes was arrested based on a warrant of arrest issued by a Guagua, Pampanga court for violation of New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 or RA 10883.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon lauded the operating teams for the arrest of Carnes.
