The Angeles City police arrested five drug traffickers on Monday who yielded 250 grams of shabu worth P1.7 million during a buy-bust in Angeles City.
Angeles City police commander Col. Rommel Batangan identified the suspects as Saif Boki, 27, a high-value target; Mamad Datu, 27; Amin Ibrahim, 27, all of Mindanao St., Jaoville Compound, Bgy. Pandan, Angeles City; Ibrahim Limbona, 19; and Samad Omar, 26, both of Claveria St., Lourdes North West, Angeles City.
Batangan said members of Angeles City police station 3 led by Lt. Jenniee Capili under the supervision of Maj. Aris Gonzales seized from the suspects four plastic sachets of shabu valued at P1.7 million and the P1,000 marked money.
The suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon vowed to continue to conduct anti-drug operations in Central Luzon.
