CAMP OLIVAS – Tarlac City police on Thursday arrested three most wanted persons in separate manhunt operations.
In a report by Tarlac City police chief Col. Renante Cabico, his men conducted a manhunt operation in Bgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City that resulted in the arrest of tricycle drivers Erwin Masangkay, 36; and Jomar de Belen, 23, based on a warrant for direct assault.
In a follow-up operation conducted in Bgy. Carangian, members of Tarlac City police nabbed Efren Bayuga, 69, of Sitio Centro, Bgy. Carangian, for grave threats.
