Despite the situation of COVID-19, Angelenos are showing their passion for the culture and arts with the staging of the Songwriters’ Night.
The event slated on January 08, 2022 at the Camalig Restaurant in Angeles City was moved to February 19, 2022, according to Brick Head Productions, the main producer of the event.
“We understand that everyone is looking forward to our event tomorrow, but due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, it will be postponed and rescheduled for February 19. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and to prevent future exposure. We look forward to seeing you next month. Continue to be safe and healthy.”
The performers for the event are: Michi Uy, Michael Kevin, The Tito’s and five more performers will be at that event.
The Songwriting event started way back in 2018 at the AUF Center for Culture and the Arts. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, songwriters in Angeles City still show their culture and talents.
Admission is free during the event which encourages everyone to help the aspiring local songwriters and to celebrate the music at Camalig Restaurant in Angeles City. – Denzel Laurenz Aquino – Intern
