The successful partnership of SM Foundation Inc. and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region III with Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region III and Department of Labor (DOLE) Region III had developed and strengthened the skills of 18 apprentice graduates for the qualification of Customer Services NC II. The program aims to provide credentials thru industry-based training to help them land jobs and make them more hirable with their acquired qualifications. The apprenticeship program is made possible for the 18 successful graduates immediately hired by SM Markets.
Presenting the graduates are SM Foundation Inc. Assistant Vice President Cristie Angeles for Outreach Programs, TESDA Bulacan PD Jovencio Ferrer Jr., DSWD Region III representative Mr. Ferdinand Canlas; together with the SM Markets Senior Vice President for Operation Rey Del Valle, SM Markets Assistant Vice President for Human Resources Dorothy Sobrevega and SM City Pampanga Assistant Mall Manager Lester Pamintuan.
