Two car dealerships of the Laus Group of Companies — Jeep Clark and Hyundai Baliwag — have received outstanding customer care and services awards.
Jeep Clark bagged the Dealer of the Year and the Outstanding Aftersales Dealer Operation Award during the 2023 ANG Group Dealer Excellence Awards for meeting the standard set by ANG on parts target and target vehicle throughput.
The event, themed “Driven by Tomorrow,” also recognized Jeep Clark’s excellent after sales training operations, its commitment to compliance to after sales marketing plans, and punctual submission of reports.
“We dedicate this award to our stakeholders, for they are our inspiration to go beyond our services. Rest assured that these recognitions will serve as a benchmark as we further improve our services in the years to come,” said Ada Carisa A. Laus, Executive Director of Jeep Clark.
Another Laus Group car dealership, Hyundai Baliwag, was awarded first place in the Best in Service category at the 2022 Global Customer Experience Championship, the network-wide competition of Hyundai Motor Corporation (HMC), last January. The competition tasked participating sales consultants and service advisors with producing role-play videos illustrating showroom test drives and addressing complaint responses.
The said competition was intended to remind and enable the brand’s frontliners the “Hyundai Dealer Key Behavior” of H.E.A.R.T., which stands for Host, Empathize, Anticipate, Respect, and Thank. Hyundai Baliwag bested 13,590 teams from 85 countries.
According to Laus Group CEO Lisset Laus-Velasco, Laus Group is committed to sustaining the culture of excellence and professionalism in their day-to-day dealings with customers. “These wins are not just for Jeep Clark, Hyundai Baliwag, and Laus Group but for the Philippine automotive dealer network. More than the recognition, these awards remind and inspire us to consistently strive to improve even more the way we do business through a more dynamic and personalized approach,” she furthered.
Meanwhile, Laus Group has also opened their 80th dealership in La Union. Geely La Union is the group’s second Geely dealership. The company also operates Geely Bacolor in Pampanga.
The recently inaugurated Geely La Union spans 1,327 square meters and fits four six vehicles in its showroom and accommodates five cars in its service shop.
According to Laus-Velasco, this latest addition to their roster of dealerships in North and Central Luzon supports the company’s goal of providing the public, especially in the countryside, easy access to a variety of automotive brands.
“The first quarter of the year has been a nice warm-up for us as we gear towards the further expansion of our quality and customer-oriented services in the region,” Laus-Velasco said.
