CAMP OLIVAS — In line with the observance of the 28th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month and National Blood Donors Month, Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of l Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. donated some 180 bags of blood to the Jose B Lingad Memorial-General Hospital.
The bloodletting activity, spearheaded by the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division headed by Col. Marites Salvadora, was held on Friday at the PRO3 Makatao Activity Center, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga where some 100 PRO3 PNP personnel donated blood.
Hidalgo said this activity aims to raise the consciousness of every PNP personnel to do a very noble and heroic act not only in doing their jobs but also through blood donation in order to save the lives of other people.
