CLARK – The world-class chefs of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort will compete in the Philippine Culinary Cup 2023 at the SMX Convention Center Manila from August 2-5, 2023.
The Philippine Culinary Cup, a pinnacle in the culinary sphere of the Philippines, embraces an even grander role, providing our Filipino chefs an internationally-recognized platform to refine their craft and showcase their exceptional talents.
The Philippine Culinary Cup 2023 promises to be the most spectacular edition to date, featuring an impressive array of competitions and categories, pushing the boundaries of culinary creativity and setting new benchmarks for excellence.
Some 18 chefs of the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort will display their culinary prowess and creativity across 17 categories. The categories are as follows:
Filipino Challenge – Alfred Icban and Alvin David
