CAMP OLIVAS — A British national and his Filipino cohort were arrested on Sunday after they yielded more than P400K worth of shabu during an entrapment operation in Pampanga.
The suspects were identified as British national Philip Joseph, 53, and Duane Manuel Bariso, 45, both residents of Angeles City.
The two suspects were arrested around 3:37pm in a buy-bust operation conducted by joint operatives of the San Fernando City police, Pampanga 1st PMFC, and Pampanga PDEU in Bgy. Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Seized from the two suspects were 12 plastic sachets of shabu weighing 65 grams with an estimated value of P442,000, the marked money, a pouch, one cellphone and a sedan with plate no. WHT 366.
The suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
