SAN SIMON, Pampanga — NLEX personnel have begun clearing Lane 3 of the Tulaoc section as flood mitigation efforts continue.
Water along the protected section has dropped to just 1.5 centimeters in the northbound lane, while other portions have dried. Two lanes remain open, with traffic moving smoothly as clearing and mitigation operations continue toward full lane access.
