A man driving a tricycle on Thursday was killed by riding-in-tandem assassins in San Manuel, Tarlac.
The San Manuel police identified the victim as Mark Anthony Galsim, 36, of Bgy. Pindangan, Alcala, Pangasinan.
The police said the victim was traversing the road in the vicinity of Bgy. San Narciso in San Manuel, Tarlac on a motorized tricycle when the unidentified suspects from behind shot him several times causing his instant death.
The Tarlac police immediately conducted an Oplan Kandado in nearby areas to chase the suspects.
