CAMP OLIVAS – A former member of the New People’s Army and Liga ng Manggagawang Bukid listed as most wanted person was arrested in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija on Sunday.
In a report to PRO3 Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Nueva Ecija police director Col. Richard Caballero said Jose Garbin was apprehended by members of Cuyapo police and other concerned units in Barangay Rizal, Cuyapo.
Garbin is wanted for murder based on a warrant issued by RTC Branch 32 of Guimba, Nueva Ecija.
