A man on Friday was arrested in possession of guns and bullets during a raid at his house in Bgy. Coral, Paniqui Tarlac.
The suspect was identified as Walter Galatiera, who was nabbed based on a search warrant issued by the RTC Branch 105, Paniqui, Tarlac.
Joint personnel of the Provincial Intelligence Unit together with Paniqui police, PIT-Tarlac and 2nd PMFC TPPO seized from the suspect’s house a shotgun loaded with four bullets, a .38 pistol loaded with five bullets, a holster, a cleaning kit, 69 bullets for .45 gun, 14 empty shells of .45, 21 bullets shotgun, nine bullets for .38, two bullets for .9mm, one bullet for 5.56, one bullet for 7.62, and three magazines for .45 gun.
The suspects will be charged with violation of RA 10591 and Comelec Resolution No 10918.
