THIEVES carted away an undetermined amount of money in an ATM machine and at least P300,000 cash at the admin office of a CW Home Depot branch in Pampanga by tunneling into the store early Saturday morning.
The San Fernando City police were informed of the robbery by the store’s security guard identified as Alfred Patrimonio.
The police said the suspects entered the establishment by creating a tunnel by destroying the floor of the Solar Lamps and Lighting store inside the depot.
Once inside, the suspects destroyed a Metrobank ATM machine and carted away an undetermined amount of money. Then the suspects entered the admin office by destroying its padlock and took at least P300,000 cash, before exiting at the tunnel they used to enter the establishment.
Police are now investigating the incident.
