Kapampangan businessman and philanthropist Reghis Romero of the Harbour Centre Port Terminal Inc. leads the ribbon cutting at the NSD Compound inside the Subic Freeport Zone on Tuesday morning. With Romero is SBMA Chairman and Administrator Jonathan Tan. Harbour Centre will operate a 50-hectare area within the Subic Port, which is expected to further improve the supply chain not only in Central Luzon but in the entire country.
