In the spirit of the holiday season, SM Supermalls embrace the true essence of Christmas by fostering a culture of giving and kindness. Among these initiatives, one stands out for its remarkable impact, “ChriSMiles”. This employee-volunteerism program of SM through the initiative of HR Department embodies the essence of Christmas by encouraging employees to share their blessings with children in need.
On December 19, employees of SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown brought Christmas cheers and shared their blessings to children of Subic Bay Children’s Home, Inc.
The pinnacle of the day was the heartwarming interaction between employees and the children. A simple program was organized, filled with laughter, games, and a palpable sense of joy. The smiles on the children’s faces illuminated the room and touched the hearts of everyone present.
ChriSMiles is an annual project under the Employee Volunteerism program of SM Supermalls, which encourages employees to find the deeper meaning of Christmas by sharing their blessings to those children in need.
