A man driving a tricycle on Wednesday was gunned down in Pampanga.
The Pampanga police identified the fatality as Elmer Torres Salonga, a resident of P-3 Bgy. San Agustin Sur, Arayat, Pampanga.
Police were told Salonga was driving a tricycle when two unidentified men on a motorcycle wearing black jackets appeared from behind and fired shots at him killing him on the spot.
Responding cops found four .9mm spent bullets at the crime scene and they are now checking the identities of the suspects and motive behind the gun attack.
