TMC Clark Extends Healthcare to CLMA

In a significant move to enhance healthcare access, The Medical City Clark, Inc. (TMC Clark) has entered into an agreement with the Central Luzon Media Association Pampanga Chapter (CLMA Pampanga).


This memorandum of agreement, signed by TMC Clark’s President and CEO, Noelito Lacsamana, M.D., and CLMA Pampanga President, Alberto “Boy” Santiago, promises to provide comprehensive medical services to CLMA Pampanga members and their beneficiaries.


The signing took place during the CLMA Pampanga’s weekly Balitaan at Talakayan. The event focused on topics such as heat stroke, pertussis, pulmonary-vascular conditions, and other summer-related diseases.
The resource persons for the event were Dr. Noelito M. Lacsamana, President and CEO; Dr. Charmie Arribe, Medical Director; Dr. Alejandro Garcia Jr., Hospital Administrator; and Dr. Domicias Albacite, Chief of Clinics.


The agreement between TMC Clark and CLMA Pampanga outlines comprehensive healthcare services available to members and their immediate families. TMC Clark will provide a range of medical services including outpatient consultations, emergency treatments, and hospitalization, all at standard rates. This includes access to select accredited doctors for personalized healthcare experiences.

Members can benefit from discounts, with a 5% reduction on hospitalization charges if settled on the discharge day and a 3% discount on outpatient services, excluding professional fees and certain packages. Additionally, TMC Clark’s customer service will assist in appointment bookings. PhilHealth and Employees Compensation benefits will be applicable, with deductions made from hospital bills upon timely submission of required documents.


The agreement emphasizes an independent contractor relationship, ensuring separate and autonomous operations between TMC Clark and CLMA Pampanga. It stipulates an initial one-year term, automatically renewing unless terminated or modified with a 30-day notice.
The partnership underscores TMC Clark’s commitment to serving the community by providing accessible and quality healthcare services. CLMA Pampanga members can now avail themselves of these benefits, ensuring they and their families receive the medical attention they need.
