The Veranda Herbs and Spices, a four-month old al fresco buffet resto, has been hailed by the Q Asia Magazine and National Council for Product and Service Quality as Best Buffet Restaurant in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Owner Engineer Domingo Garcia and managers Martin Oliver and wife Lovely Garcia are set to receive the Seal of Quality Service in the 12th National Product Quality Excellence Awards slated on March 24 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Manila Galleria.
The Veranda is the newest gastro sensation in Angeles City which offers favoured international and authentic Kapampangan cuisine harmonized with the aroma and tang of herbs and spices.
This 400 square-meter industrial chic-themed restaurant allows food enthusiasts to savor their wide array of guilt-free house specialties while being enchanted by the majestic view of Mount Arayat.
Their menu include Roasted Angus Beef, The Veranda Signature Salad with three choices of dressing from Ceasar, Balsamic Vinaigrette and Minty Mango-Cilantro, Lamb Adobo (lamb ribs braised in Adobo sauce and topped with garlic), and Chicken Tikka Masala (skewed chicken breast in a collection of herbs and spices).
“Our guests may also enjoy our buffet while being serenaded with acoustic music every Saturday, and to celebrate your milestones, we have a function hall on top which can cater 150 individuals,” Garcia said.
The Veranda is open daily from 5p.m. to 11p.m and is located at 3rd floor Hanniel Sq Bldg Corner P. De Guzman St. Brgy Claro M. Recto, Angeles City.
