S&A Learning Solutions , founded by dynamic couple Roumel and Teresa Arevalo, marked its 13th anniversary with the launch of Cebu branch in partnership with successful entrepreneurs Bryan and April Bertulfo.
This expansion aims to better serve the Visayas region, making imported educational resources more accessible to local learners.
“We have seen the growing demand on psychological and developmental tools in this region that’s why we are excited to bring the services of S&A Learning Solutions to our kababayans in Cebu,” the Bertulfo couple shared. Arevalo noted the pandemic has amplified mental health issues among learners.
The company in collaboration with Certiport is also offering digital certifications for IT professionals, solidifying its commitment to advancing careers and education.
The IT certification exams, which are recognized globally, test the students’ knowledge and skills in Database Management, HTML, Networking, and more.
In 2023, the first batch of passers were recorded from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) – College of Information and Communications Technology. Recently, S&A Learning Solutions signed a memorandum of agreement with Isabela State University – Ilagan Campus as their academic resources partner.
