Filipino artist Maya Carandang has unveiled the first basketball court mural in Barangay Pagdaraoan, San Fernando City, La Union, as part of a larger project that aims to create 100 installations across the country.
The mural features a tribute to NBA star Kyrie Irving, blending sports and art to enhance local public spaces. This initiative is expected to boost community engagement and tourism while promoting Filipino talent in public art.
