Eligible Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi users, meanwhile, were provided free 5GB of data valid for three days, while GFiber Prepaid customers were given three days of promo extension. Globe also extended due dates for users of Globe Postpaid and GFiber Postpaid customers.
For those who need immediate medical advice, KonsultaMD, Globe’s telehealth platform, is providing free consultation on its platform using the code ALAGANGLOBE. The code is for one-time use, valid for a month.
On Saturday, Globe and territory distributor Onon Marketing, partnered to deliver 300 5-liter water containers to affected families in Tuguegarao City that are currently in evacuation centers.
Meanwhile, Globe’s Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging, and Libreng WiFi booth in Cebu City will remain open throughout Saturday to provide connectivity support to storm-hit residents.
Globe calls on its customers to support relief efforts by donating their Rewards points via the GlobeOne app. They may also send help via GCash (QR Code above), which will funnel collected funds to the Ayala Foundation.
