Philippine Airlines (PAL) was awarded Employer of the Year, Regional Exemplar for the National Capital region, by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), honoring PAL’s exceptional people management in the course of the flag carrier’s transformation journey over the last few years.
Accepting the prestigious award on behalf of PAL at the recent 61st PMAP Annual Conference in Iloilo City were: PAL Holdings President Lucio C. Tan III (center), PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Capt. Stanley K. Ng (second from left) and PAL OIC Executive Vice President and General Counsel Atty. Carlos Luis Fernandez (fourth from left).
