The City Government of San Fernando, led by Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago, welcomed the delegates from the municipality of San Enrique in Iloilo for their “Lakbay Aral” held today.
A total of 28 delegates, headed by Mayor Rosario Fernandez, visited the city to learn from its best practices in governance, investment promotion and solid waste management.
Santiago also presented a Christmas lantern to Fernandez as a token of appreciation.
After the visitors’ courtesy call, they proceeded to the historical Old Train Station for a tour.
