Arnold Ocampo named full-fledged 3rd District Engineer Pampanga

Engineer Arnold Ocampo officially assumed his role as the full-fledged District Engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office (DEO) in a ceremony on November 20, 2024.

DPWH Region III Director Roseller Tolentino administered the oath, with Assistant Director Melquiades Sto. Domingo and other regional officials present. Ocampo’s promotion highlights his notable performance since becoming Officer-in-Charge (OIC) District Engineer in February 2023, during which his district consistently ranked among the nation’s top performers.

“I am truly humbled and honored to serve as District Engineer. This is a responsibility to deliver impactful and high-quality public works for Pampanga,” Ocampo said in his speech.

Ocampo’s career progression includes four years as OIC Assistant District Engineer before his promotion in 2021. Colleagues expressed confidence in his leadership, emphasizing his potential to sustain success and implement meaningful infrastructure projects for the province.
