Hausland Group and Timog Silangan Development Corporation (TSDC) have launched Timog Triangle, a 14-hectare master-planned urban development in Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City, set to redefine the city’s urban landscape.
The project is envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use community integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Timog Triangle will feature condominiums, hotels, offices, dining hubs, entertainment venues, and commercial centers, catering to diverse lifestyles and business needs.
Strategically located in the Timog area, the development has attracted interest from expatriates and foreign residents, solidifying Angeles City’s position as a global city. The project embodies the integration of international influences into the local urban fabric, offering a dynamic and inclusive environment for work, leisure, and community living.
Highlighting the launch event was the groundbreaking of Azuverde, a 10-building commercial complex aimed at accommodating growing business demands in the region.
“This 14-hectare land is the future dynamic location where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and entrepreneurs can find opportunities,” said Wilfredo M. Tan, President and Chairman of Hausland Group.
Atty. Victor P. Lazatin, President and CEO of TSDC, added, “The Timog Triangle will transform Angeles City’s skyline into a modern metropolis, marking the pinnacle of our joint ventures.”
The project marks the fourth collaboration between Hausland and TSDC in a 20-year partnership focused on urban innovation, sustainable growth, and community enrichment. The Timog Triangle initiative aims to drive economic progress while fostering a modern and inclusive community.
