The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in Angeles City launched its Automated Counting Machine (ACM) roadshow with a demonstration at the Local Government Office of Angeles City. City Election Officer Atty. Charmaine Fhaye C. Casquejo led the event, serving as Chairperson of the Electoral Board. Assisting her were Election Assistants Ledie Lalu and Anne Baron, who acted as Poll Clerk and Electoral Board Member, respectively.
Chief Adviser Irish “IC” Calaguas Cunanan and Raffy Angeles participated in the demonstration, testing the ACM by casting their votes. The activity aims to familiarize voters with the ACM’s features and functionality in preparation for upcoming elections.
The ACM roadshow will run from December to January 2025, covering various barangays, schools, communities, and sectors in the city.
