Acting Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda spearheaded the launch of Pampanga’s 453rd Aldo Ning Kapampangan celebration at the Capitol Grounds on December 2. This year’s theme, “Satisfaction and Gratitude King Heritage and Guilty Pleasure,” highlights the province’s rich cultural heritage and pride.
In recognition of the youth, the provincial government distributed financial aid to 961 scholars, including Aeta students from Porac and Floridablanca, as well as board exam passers. The gesture underscores Pampanga’s commitment to education and empowerment.
The program began with a Mass officiated by Archbishop Emeritus Paciano Aniceto alongside Fr. Manny Sta. Maria, Fr. Noli Fernandez, and Fr. Omar Defensor.
Governor Pineda was joined by Provincial Council members Benny Jocson, Fritzie.
