“This season, and always, our goal is to uplift and support our community. Whether it’s through sports, education, or personal achievements, we will continue to give back and make sure every Angeleño feels the love and care they deserve,” said Mayor Lazatin.
To date, 18 barangays have received basketball boards and shot clocks, a part of Mayor Lazatin’s initiative to support local sports development.
In addition, financial support has been provided to residents pursuing excellence, including P10,000 for Stephanie Jane Lusung, P5,000 for Princess Sabrina Taño, and P10,000 for Chaz Feliciano to represent the Philippines at the 28th Annual World Championships of Performing Arts.

Meanwhile, Romero, a jail officer, received commendation for her courageous discovery of two heat-sealed transparent sachets suspected to contain shabu hidden in a visitor’s underwear, demonstrating her dedication to her duties.
A major highlight was the awarding of P40,000 to Cutud Elementary School for winning 1st place in the Street Dance Competition at the Sinukwan Festival, and P20,000 to Gueco Balibago Elementary School for their 3rd place win.
